May 20, 2019 @ 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm
Faith Episcopal Church
27802 El Lazo
Laguna Niguel, CA 92677

Be sure to come at 6:30 for our Activism Corner - we’ll be contacting the Capistrano Unified School District board to support a possible bond measure that will help repair our aging schools. And remember to save the date for the May 22 school board meeting. Learn more here.

Voter Registration

With only 300 new Democrats to register in Aliso Viejo in order to turn the city blue, we need to step up our voter registration game. At our May 20 meeting we will hear from Sarah Jankle, Outreach Director of Field Team 6 about how to effectively register voters and what we can be doing now to hold on to Harley’s seat in 2020.

Labor in Orange County

We will also get an update from Tim Steed, the Assistant General Manager of the Orange County Employees Association, on labor in Orange County. The OCEA is the largest public employee union in Orange County with 18,000 members and Tim oversees its political, organizing and communications operations.
